Analog Subthreshold VLSI Implementation of i3 Neuromorphie Model of the Visual Cortex for Pre-Attentive Vision

چکیده
This paper describes the architecture of a functional model of the visual cortex fo r preattentive vision suitable for an analog VLSI hardware implementation. To demonstrate the VLSI implementability of the system, description and simulation results of analog subthreshold circuital blocks that implement the model functional operators are provided. Moreover computer simulations of the analog V I S I architecture are carried out to verify it’s robustness to noise and to the effects of parameter variability that a$ect the subthreshold fabrication process.
